How many users can use the system for the prices mentioned?

The subscription is valid for one business location, at which the number of login IDs is generally unlimited. The price includes adapting the system design to the customer's corporate design. All prices are net prices.

Is there an introductory training?

A 45-minute introductory training session is included in all packages. Additional on- and off-site training sessions can be booked for a fee.

How much does the “Offsite” training package cost and what does it include?

The “Offsite” training package is available for 199 $. It includes a 60-minute remote training session with one of our product experts. It also includes a remote 45-minute Q&A session 14 days after implementation.

Can the existing customer database be integrated into the Xolvis solution?

Yes, a one-off upload of the complete customer database can be booked for the price of 99 $.

Are there any other costs?

There are additional costs for customer communication via SMS and WhatsApp. Cost per message varies by country. In Germany it is EUR 0.09 per SMS or EUR 0.14 per WhatsApp message. Depending on the selected payment method, the usual transaction fees apply.

How long is the notice period?

Any package booked can be canceled within the first month. After that, the contract will continue for eleven months. The term of the contract is extended by a further year if the contract is not terminated three months before the end of the term.

Can additional special services be ordered?

Yes, they can. However, the development effort for additional services is priced separately.
